Our priority is to cultivate high quality produce that is appropriate for our soil, region and climate. Foremost, we aim to serve our local market with both fresh produce, and a range of foods using this home-grown produce, inspired by recipes deriving from our Italian and Australian origins.

2014 and 2015 were dedicated to planning and setting ourselves up. In 2016 we begin seeing some of the friuits of our labour! In the coming months we will add much more detail to this page, and also create a blog and events section in english. In the meantime, below is a list of the activities we’re working on at the moment:
Vineyard – Incrocio Manzoni, Incrocio Terzi N°1 and Moscato Giallo – all DOC varieties from the Bergamo region.
Berries – raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and wineberries – varieties chosen to give us continued production from may to september each year. In 2017 we will also be introducing strawberries!
Fruit grove – cherries, peaches, apricots and apples – continual harvesting from may to november. These trees need lots of forward planning, plus patient love and care for the first few years. We’re looking forward to reaping what we’ve sown in 2018.
Chestnut grove – an age-old Bergamo tradition, chestnuts are a greatly appreciated produce, lending themselves to a wide range of creative recipes.
